Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and starts at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to improve product quality and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
