Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Operate the cash register and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Inventory monitoring and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
