Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is maintained at its best, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating effectively with the rest of the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
