Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the team, you will ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
