Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
  
• Hours: 32-40 per week
  
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  
• Stock shelves, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in store inventory counts
  
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash policies
  
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
  
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
  

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Prior retail experience is a plus
