Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills daily.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
