Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment. As part of the team, you will collaborate with your colleagues and management to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment handling
• Capable of meeting state requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience is a plus
