Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working collaboratively with our team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
