Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on product quality and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
