Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
