Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
