We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable team player, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a pristine store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
