Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Adhere to state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
