Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
