Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, customer-friendly, and well-stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
