Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
