Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory management and comply with cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
