Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
