Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on product quality
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform physical tasks to stock merchandise and maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
