Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the team in various tasks.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhering to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of safely using equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
