Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
