Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Work effectively both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
