Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in enhancing the customer experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your collaborative spirit and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
