Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and maintain professional standards.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in using a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
