Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
