Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
