Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and stock products up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks around the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
