Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, adhere to company policies
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash-handling procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
