Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
