Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
