Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback to management and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work well in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
