Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at ALDI and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store appearance, and ensuring efficient operations. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude throughout their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store counts and ensuring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and other operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by ALDI.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment such as cash registers and hand jacks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
