Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
