Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized while providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a clean store environment, stock merchandise, and operate the cash register efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience a plus.
