Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute general cleaning tasks and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
