Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and overall store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
