Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using a cash register and operating store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
