Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in line with ALDI's M.A.P. standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while safeguarding confidentiality and security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations concerning alcoholic beverages (if applicable).

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
