Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required competencies and professionalism while carrying out daily tasks.
• Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Support inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Competence in operating store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
