Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment like electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
