Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Store Team Member to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service, you will create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
