Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
