Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure cash management compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proven customer service and cash handling abilities.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
