Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
