Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cashiering skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
