We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
