Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
