Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a core part of our team, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with fellow team members and exhibit exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Assist in inventory management and accuracy checks.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in customer service and operating cash registers.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience in retail and adherence to company policies.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
