As a Store Team Member, you will engage in various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is consistently well-maintained. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capacity to adhere to cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail work experience advantageous.
• Equivalent knowledge through a blend of education and experience.
