Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join Aldi and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Good communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Prior retail experience preferred
